Major League Umpire Pat Hoberg accepts the Harold “Pinky” Primrose Award from Executive Director Lee Toole at the 2023 IHSBCA Awards Banquet. Hoberg is an Urbandale native who spoke to coaches and umpires at this year’s clinic in Des Moines.

After 40 years as Chairman of the Hall of Fame Committee, Roger Hoel stepped down from that position at the 2023 IHSBCA Clinic. Roger was a 1994 inductee to the Association’s Hall of Fame.
